Hydraulic Cover Systems

We fit two types of hydraulic cover; a front-to-back system with a mesh cover that’s designed to hold the load in, and a side-to-side cover that’s waterproof and will keep the load dry.

Most of our tipping trailers can be fitted with both types of cover, even those at 9m long. The covers are powered by a hydraulic motor; the hydraulic roll cover is opened by tapes running along the trailer body, with a flip cover the hydraulic motor operates two large arms that pull the cover from front to back over the top of the trailer body. When the trailer has extension sides the hydraulic cover system can be made to operate with either the standard body or with the extensions.
